Express Track-Specific Permission. By signing this New Song Submission, the primary artist/licensor and each required Additional Rights Holder grant DCR Entertainment LLC / DCR Radio, to the extent of rights that signer owns, controls, administers, or is authorized to license, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up right to synchronize and reproduce reasonable excerpts of this Track in DCR-created audiovisual and promotional content. This includes interviews, artist spotlights, release announcements, countdowns, DCR news/editorial coverage about the artist, station promos, teasers, short-form clips, reels, shorts, livestream promos, event/contest/program promotion, and comparable DCR content.

Authorized uses may appear on DCR-controlled websites, email, player surfaces, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads, and comparable future services, and may be organic, platform-monetized, sponsored by DCR, or boosted/used as paid DCR advertising for DCR Radio, this Track, the artist, a DCR interview, program, event, contest, or station activity. This permission does not authorize DCR to falsely imply endorsement of an unrelated third-party product, service, political candidate, or cause without separate consent.

DCR may edit for length, captions, thumbnails, format, aspect ratio, clean-language requirements, accessibility, and platform specifications without intentionally creating a materially false depiction. Signers authorize necessary platform hosting, encoding, transcoding, reproduction, display, distribution, advertising delivery, and rights-management processing. Unless separately agreed in writing, no additional synchronization, master-use, appearance, promotional, or DCR platform/advertising revenue-share payment is owed solely because an authorized DCR post is monetized or boosted, to the extent the signer validly granted the applicable rights.

If Content ID or another automated rights system applies, the applicable signer will reasonably cooperate with claim release, documentation, or allowlisting when available. DCR does not receive rights that a signer does not own/control, and a radio clearance does not by itself establish social/video clearance.

Typed names are electronic signatures. This submission is attached to the DCR-Direct-License-Agreement Number you entered.
