Media & Promotional Release
I authorize DCR Entertainment LLC, operating as DCR Radio, to photograph, film, record, livestream, edit, caption, excerpt, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use my name, approved public/on-air name, portrait, picture, image, voice, likeness, statements, interview, appearance, and DCR-created footage of me for DCR editorial, station, social-media, video, advertising, and promotional purposes.
DCR may publish authorized material on DCR-controlled websites, email, station/player surfaces, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, Threads, and comparable future services. Uses may be organic, platform-monetized, sponsored by DCR, or boosted/used as paid DCR promotion for DCR Radio, my DCR appearance/interview, a DCR program, event, contest, or station activity. This release does not authorize DCR to falsely imply that I endorse an unrelated third-party product, service, political candidate, or cause without separate consent.
DCR may edit for length, captions, titles, thumbnails, format, aspect ratio, clean-language requirements, accessibility, platform specifications, and promotional pacing, provided DCR does not intentionally create a materially false depiction of me. I authorize third-party social, hosting, advertising, content-delivery, and rights-management platforms to technically host, encode, transcode, reproduce, display, distribute, and process authorized DCR content as necessary.
Unless separately agreed in writing, I am not owed an appearance, promotional, platform-monetization, advertising, or revenue-share payment solely because DCR uses authorized material under this release. I understand this release does not grant DCR rights to any song, recording, third-party photograph, video, artwork, news footage, or other copyrighted material merely because it appears in or is discussed during my interview. Music and third-party media must be separately cleared.
If I later end participation, DCR will stop creating new promotional uses of my appearance within a commercially reasonable period and will make reasonable efforts to stop active DCR-paid campaigns featuring me within thirty (30) days after valid written notice. Previously lawfully published posts, interviews, clips, shares, embeds, analytics, archives, and historical DCR records may remain unless removal is required by law, a valid rights claim, or separate written agreement.
