DCR Radio reviews independent music for programming, artist features, interviews, social promotion, and future listener-driven opportunities. Artist submissions are free; airplay and placement are never guaranteed.
First-time artists complete the DCR direct-license agreement and provide the rights information required for review. Once submitted, DCR assigns a permanent agreement number that is used for status access and future song submissions.
Artists with an existing DCR-Direct-License-Agreement Number can submit additional tracks for separate radio-rights and social/video review without repeating the full master agreement process.
Build a show identity, host interviews, break DCR-approved independent music, and grow with the station through scheduled programming.
DCR is looking for DJs and hosts with personality, consistency, a real show concept, and a rights-first approach to music and media.
Signed DJs can use their DCR-DJ-Agreement Number and matching email to view approval status, time-slot information, DCR updates, and programming details.
Chart voting will give DCR listeners a reason to participate in discovery. Rankings can expand by genre and programming as the eligible song pool grows.
DCR Spin Request and DCR Top 10 now work together: requests help DCR identify listener interest and future chart candidates; weekly DCR chart votes determine the actual Top 10 ranking.

DCR Radio is an independent internet radio network built around discovery. The goal is simple: give rising artists a legitimate place to be heard, give DJs and hosts room to build real shows, and give listeners something worth discovering before everybody else catches on.
DCR is not built around artists paying for a chance. Artist selection remains based on programming fit, rights clearance, quality, and the direction of the station.
