This page is reserved for recording artists, artist managers, and authorized artist representatives with questions about DCR submissions, agreements, new releases, artist status, interviews, promotion, or artist-program support. Listener and fan activity is handled through DCR’s Listen Live, Spin Request, Charts, and Listener Updates features.
First-time artists begin through the DCR Artist Program and complete the DCR Direct License Agreement. The agreement collects the artist, track, identity, and rights information required for DCR review.
Artists with an existing DCR-Direct-License-Agreement Number can submit additional releases through the New Song Submission form and use the status portal for updates on existing records.
The Artist Contact page is not used for song requests, chart voting, listener questions, or general fan messages. Those features are available through DCR’s listener-facing pages.
